The Royal Islander Club is a time-share resort. It consists of two buildings: La Plage and La Terrasse. La Terrasse is the newer building with larger accommodations. Some 40% of the condos are fully privately owned. The others are timeshare units.

The map shows the location of the Royal Islander Club – La Plage. Our Royal-Islander Club – La Terrasse location is just on the other side of the street. From our apartment, you have an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. Maho Village is located some 800 m from the terminal building of the Princess Juliana Airport.

A birds-eye view

All resorts in Maho, i.e. La Trrasse, La Plage, Sonesta and Ocean Point belong to the same developer. They share the same beach facilities with free beach chairs and umbrellas. You access Maho Beach directly through the lobby of our sister location Royal Islander Club – La Plage.

Location within the resort

The apartment is located on the third floor of the La Terrasse building. From here you have one of the best views from La Terrasse on the Caribbean Sea, Maho Beach, and the approaching aircraft. Further, because we are located at the end of the corridor, you will not be troubled by the noise from the street, the lively Maho parties or guests with rattling suitcases that will disturb your sleep at night.
